Paddle Levels: AP = All Paddlers, ISSA = Intro to Sea Skills Award (or equiv), SSA = Sea Skills Award. If paddling one level above your award you need to organise the direct support of a higher award paddler.

Contact the sea leader before 6.00pm the day prior as any late changes will be communicated by the sea leader. Annual trips – contact sea leader ASAP after request for expressions of interest.

Medical: Stay at home if unwell. Advise the sea leader of any medical condition you have that may impact on the event. Bring personal first aid kit, buff and sunglasses.
